Ann Ankai Wagner's Christian Zen Circle
integrates Zen forms of meditation and
discipline with the teachings of Jesus.
This practice quiets the mind and body,
eases stress, gives insight into thought
and emotional patterns, and allows us to
live the insights of Jesus in our everyday
life. Our group meets weekly for
meditation, mindful movement, liturgy
and discussions on the teachings of
various Christian mystics, Buddhist
masters and contemporary spiritual
writers. Ann Ankai Wagner leads the
sessions.
