Return Policy

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Highzen products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging. 

Please reference your order number from your Highzen.co purchase.We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return is complete.Refunds will take approximately 4 weeks after we receive your product. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
